TWIC Enrollment is only being offered by appointment. Follow these instructions to get pre-enrolled and to set up an appointment.

1. Go to this web site to pre-enroll  - https://twicprogram.tsa.dhs.gov
2. Do not make an appointment on-line
3. Call the Skagway Police Dept - 983-2232 to set up an appointment once you have pre-enrolled.
